Becall Engineering Services is a full service engineering firm that provides a variety of engineering and inspection services. Established in 2001 the firm is a small minority owned sole proprietorship whose owner is John Alleyne PE, the principal. Mr. Alleyne possesses over 25 years of experience. In addition, Mr. Alleyne has been a NYS certified code enforcement officer (CEO) since 2009, and a licensed professional engineer since 1995. Moreover, received a NICET level 3 certification in 1990, and received a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering in 1984 from the University of North Carolina.
Based in Lower Westchester County, New York , our current staff of four has vast experience working with State and local municipalities as well as private entities in the engineering and inspection fields.
